A list of the housekeepers is available in the PMS. It helps the director to manage the daily planning and to divide the cleaning rooms by person. Each person has his own access to the software with a personal planning. Moreover, a list with the tasks made in your hotel can be created to be more specific when an housekeeper goes to clean a room. For example: new sheets, towel kit, clean the carpet, and more…

For the housekeeping users: they have a daily list with all the room to clean. This list can be printed. The user access allows to assign a room to a specific person and to complete his personal planning in real time. Each room can have its specific tasks and a written note from the reception too. The housekeeper confirms, in real time, when a room is cleaned.

For the reception users: The receptionist can alert the housekeeper in the PMS about the rooms with a specific cleaning demand. It informs when the client leaves the room after the check-out to let the housekeeper starts the cleaning session. The receptionist receives, in real time, when a room is cleaned to give it to a new client. The communication between reception and rooms is perfect to increase client satisfaction!
